POLICY
Processing of orders takes approximately 2 to 3 business days (or sooner). Shipping within the United States takes approximately 5 to 7 business days. Shipping orders outside of the United States can take up to 6 to 10 business days. Shipping fees as well as taxes will be calculated at the end of your checkout. Tracking numbers will be sent to the email address provided with your purchase.
Startstudded is not responsible for any loss items. If your tracking number and the package says delivered, but you have not received your package then you’ll have to take that up with the united states postal services.
If your package is returned due to incorrect address, you’ll be responsible for paying the additional shipping fees.
RETURN / REFUND / EXCHANGE POLICY
Starstudded values and strive to satisfy our customers. We accept returns and Exchanges. This only applies for defective, damaged or incorrect order received (unused/unwashed). If eligible, you may send us an email to starstuddedone@gmail.com and follow the format provided.
Please indicate your order number along with the reason for your return. Returns must be received with the tags attached within 14 days of your received order.
If there is an issue caused by Starstudded, we will gladly return or exchange your order.
